Set up the Implementations team at Chargebee with a 6-member team in 2019. The Implementations team now is a 100+ strong team comprising Consultants, Engineers, Program managers, Integration specialists etc.
I own the Implementations for APAC and EMEA regions, where we onboard 50+ customers monthly.
