- Helped the Sales team win 140+ deals by being a PreSales consultant across two regions: Asia Pacific and North America.
- Set up the Implementations team at Chargebee with a 6-member team in 2019. The Implementations team now is a 100+ strong team comprising Consultants, Engineers, Program managers, Integration specialists etc.
