Time Audit
31% of the time I spent at the weekend was streaming: Sports + Content.
18.78% was social media and 18.32% to family.
I am doing this time audit based on the article I read on Saturday, and this activity makes so much sense.
I keep telling myself that I want to spend more time with family, friends and things I love, but what do I end up doing?
I want to do this for a while. I do not want to do an audit at crazy levels. I do not want to count every minute and second but want to get the hang of where I spend time.
Time is a resource that should be treated as one treats money.
